These have been built close to the Kargı River, where it forms one of Pastoral Vadi’s boundaries, and are in the midst of shade-giving eucalyptus trees. There are one- and two-bedroomed wooden houses with each house also having a bathroom and a small kitchen in one corner of the verandah. In the wood houses remain cool, in the winter they are heated with wood-burning stoves. All organic waste from the houses, together with grey and black water, is recycled.
