We are offering healty foods mostly from mediterranean cuisine, which are cooked with local and traditional methods in wood-burning stove and floor furnace. The consumption of vegetables and fruits by preserving their nutritional value and natural taste is one of our ecologic life principles.

We primarily use the ecologic products of our garden. The products that we cannot produce is bought from our neighbours, or local producers which are doing organic or good farming practices.

Food preparation and cooking forms a workshop situation for our guests and, even if you don’t want to actually help peel, chop and then cook, we are still happy to share our recipes and methods with you and vice versa.
